From the Japanese Makaseru (任せる), Omakase means to trust and leave the menu in the hands of the chef.

Normally this type of menu is served in Japanese Sushiya (Establishments with a bar of 4 to 10 seats).

Our proposal is to generate that magical atmosphere within our space behind closed doors.
